Delete Your Account & Data

You can ask us to delete your Tap Tap Wolf account and all data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Tap Tap Wolf and go to Settings to find your Player ID (or note the Google Play Games name you signed in with).
  2. Email hbhammaddyar0@gmail.com with the subject "Tap Tap Wolf – Delete my account".
  3. Include your Player ID or Play Games name so we can find your account.

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and Play Games player ID link
  • Saved progress, coins, gear, wolves and upgrades
  • Leaderboard entries and event scores

What may be kept

  • Anonymous crash and analytics data, kept by Firebase for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Records we must keep by law (for example, purchase records handled by Google Play).
Note: Deletion is permanent and your progress cannot be restored. Uninstalling the Game alone does not delete your cloud data.
